POLICIES: Booking your appointment : It is Reccommended to CALL 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO schedule your Massage appt.Although we try to accomodate last minute or same day appts. It does not allow us proper preparation time for your visit. We want you t0 have the maximum potential to relax.At Breathe we want your experience to be relaxed, not rushed. Cancellations or rescheduling your appt : A 24 hour cancellation notice is reccommended. Same day changes or cancellations are subject to a $25.00 Rescheduling fee. We will require a credit card # to hold your next appointment. If you are unable to make your appt, you will be charged half the amtount of your scheduled appt. price. Vouchers about to Expire: Please call 1-2 weeks in advance to schedule an appt for a voucher about to expire.Last minute appts cannot be guaranteed. Your voucher will retain the value towards a full priced massage if used after exp date. Returned Check Fees: When writing a personal check we will require your credit card # If your check is returned for insufficient funds ,your card will be charges the amount of your visit plus an additional $35.00 returned check fee. |
